Housing and Meal Plan Rates

As a student's space in housing is confirmed, housing and meal plan charges will be added to their student account. The housing agreeement is for the full academic year, but charges are added by semester. Students should contact the One Stop to learn more about payment options, as well as payment deadlines.

* All Residence Hall students are required to have a meal plan. Foundation students must have at least a 14 meal plan. Sophomore students and above must have at least a 10 meal plan. 

** All foundation students at Park West must have at least a 10 meal plan. Sophomore students and above can opt into a meal plan.

^ Private rooms in the Residence Hall are extremely limited and not guaranteed. 

Housing Refund Policy

The following schedule applies to the refund of Room Charges subject to the terms and conditions of the Student Housing Agreement.  Refunds due to students will be credited first to government-funded financial grants, loans and other aid. The remaining balance, if any, will be distributed to the student.

If you withdraw or take a leave of absence, and are completely moved out of the Residence Hall by 5:00pm on:
Refund you will receive:
Before classes begin 100%
Friday of the first week of class 90%
Friday of the second week of class 75%
Friday of the third week of class


Friday of the fourth week of class 25%
After the fourth week of class 0%

The number of the meal plan represents the amount of meals a student has each week.  Dining Dollars are added each semester.
10 Meal Plan + $100 Dining Dollars




14 Meal Plan + $150 Dining Dollars




17 Meal Plan + $150 Dining Dollars




Meal Plan Refund Policy

The day that a student moves out of housing will determine the last day of a student's meal plan. A refund will be issued back on the remaining days left in the board plan. 

Dining Dollars are not refunded, nor do they carry over from year to year.
