The 3D Animation emphasis provides students with an advanced, practice-based pathway focused on character performance, digital sculpting, lighting and rendering, and production-level integration of CG animation with live-action environments.
The four-course sequence is scaffolded to move students from performance-based animation to high-level digital craft and production workflows, preparing them for roles across feature animation, VFX, television, and games.
Students will learn character animation, sculpting, lighting techniques, and motion capture technologies, gaining essential skills for careers as 3D animators and VFX artists within the thriving animation industry.
