Otis College of Art and Design recognizes the importance of investing in the development of its employees and their dependents as evidenced by the creation of the Tuition Remission benefit. This benefit, as an element of an employee’s total compensation package, remits a portion of the normally required tuition payment(s) due for education to eligible participants who meet the terms and conditions identified below.
About the Tuition Remission Benefit
The Tuition Remission benefit applies to two academic areas:
- Degrees - Eligible employees and their qualified family members (including their spouse/domestic partner and children) may receive undergraduate and graduate degrees under the Tuition Remission benefit.
- Continuing Education (CE) Courses - Eligible employees and their qualified family members (including their spouse/domestic partner and children) may maintain or enhance existing professional skills through the non-degree coursework offered by Otis College's Continuing Education and Summer of Art program.
