A Message from the Chair

Welcome to the 2025 Graphic Design Senior Show!

The Graphic Design program at Otis teaches students to convey messages through the thoughtful integration of imagery and typography, encouraging them to develop their unique design voice to express ideas and communicate meaning. This exhibition represents not just the culmination of years of dedicated study, but also marks the beginning of exciting new journeys for our graduates.

The theme of this year's show, The Way We Ask, embodies the spirit of curiosity and exploration that defines our program. From "where do we come" to "where do we go," questioning is at the heart of what we do as designers. Our mission is to ask, to imagine, to search for a better version of our current world with our brush, pencil, cursor, and screen.

The 2025 Senior Show is a milestone moment for all the graduates, but what we present is not a show that draws an ending note. Instead, we decide to leave a question mark, as tomorrow is open and awaiting us to define.
