BFA Illustration

A Message from the Chair

The students majoring in Illustration develop their own personal style and use their skills to support the communication needs of a variety of clients in multiple contexts such as editorial illustration, comics, graphic novels, storybooks, murals, concept art, animation, character design, tattoos, and creative direction.

In the Illustration class of 2024, you’ll see how much storytelling and writing influence much of the work and how they combined 2D, 3D, analog and digital media in individual, unique ways. Congratulations to them all!
