Design theory, process, and lighting technologies are applied to lighting design problems. AGI32 or another software for lighting calculations and visualization is introduced and practiced. Prerequisite: Lighting Fundamentals ARLI362
The technology of luminaire and control systems is introduced, analyzed, and applied in project-based exercises. Topics include solid-state systems, dimming controls, and the management of natural light/energy. Prerequisite: Studio I ARLI 250, or equivalent
