Mission Statement

Helping Otis College students, faculty, and staff learn, create, and perform to everyone's full potential while minimizing risks to personal health and safety as well as maintaining complaince to applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Exhibition & Facilities Use Contracts

In order to ensure that artwork does not become a health and safety hazard, or a liability risk for the campus, students and faculty are strongly encouraged to file Exhibition & Facilities Use Contracts. Information on how to file can be found here.

Hazardous Materials and Waste

All chemicals must be always handled with care. Remember that adequate ventillation and personal barriers (such as eye protection, gloves, aprons, etc.) prevent harmful exposure, especially in case of accidental spills or personal contamination.

Chemical waste cannot be thrown away with everyday garbage unless rendered safe.

First Aid

Otis College facilities are equipped with more than two dozen first aid kits regularly maintained to meet federal standards.

Individuals not affiliated with Otis College may not utilize any Otis College equipment or other high-value assets.
