Bio and Affiliation
Sally Connolly is the CEO of Napa Valley Toys USA, a women-owned global brand specializing in children's wellness products. Driven by a mother’s passion to spread Love & Light around the world, Sally's company offers products designed to promote comfort and good sleep. With innovation, dedication, and a commitment to quality, Napa Valley Toys USA has reached over 12 countries and 7 languages with its NightBuddies®. These toys bring joy, peace, and love to children’s lives. Over the past decade, Sally has built her expertise in securing intellectual property, developing a diverse range of children’s products, managing production, and driving brand development and loyalty through strategic content opportunities. In addition to her work with Napa Valley Toys, Sally has taught Global Entrepreneurship at the University of Redlands and has been a guest speaker at Otis College Art and Design. Excited to further her role in education, she will be a lecturer at Otis this fall, teaching a course focused on plush development and design. She is also proud to share that her patent has been licensed for the Disney character Toothless 2024 selling in Target reflecting her passion for innovating plushies and exploring new creative possibilities in the field.

This achievement not only underscores my commitment to excellence in product development but also highlights my ability to forge valuable partnerships and licensing agreements. As a result, I am now engaged in licensing the intellectual property on a global scale, further amplifying the product's presence and reinforcing its potential within various markets.
