Bio/Affiliation
Dr. Natalie Salvador is an innovative educator, instructional designer, and creative leader with over two decades of experience bridging the fields of fashion, education, and digital learning. She currently serves as the Director of the Faculty Teaching and Learning Center at Otis College of Art and Design, where she designs and leads programs that support inclusive, student-centered pedagogy and faculty development. She holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Change and Leadership and a Graduate Certificate in Learning Design and Technology from the University of Southern California, a BFA in Fashion Design from Otis College, and an AA in Visual Presentation and Space Design from FIDM. With a rich background that includes roles as a fashion studio lecturer, instructional technologist, and program coordinator, Dr. Salvador has presented nationally on topics including inclusive assessment, Universal Design for Learning, and institutional change in art and design education. A co-leader in the Partnership for Academic Leadership in Sustainability (PALS) and a past SNAAP Research Fellow, she is dedicated to transforming creative education through innovation, equity, and collaboration.
