Partnership for Academic Leadership in Sustainability
Founded in 2010 by Deb Johnson, Academic Director of Sustainability at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY, PALS serves to leverage and share resources among the AICAD schools as we collectively integrate sustainability into undergraduate and graduate art and design education. AICAD schools from the US and Canada have appointed “PALS Fellows” to represent their respective institution in this unique collaboration. The PALS Fellow representing Otis is Michele Jaquis, Director of Interdisciplinary Studies (since summer 2010).  Read about the first year of PALS activities here.

In Fall 2013 Otis co-hosted the annual PALS Summit with Art Center College of Design. More here.
