O-Launch Exhibition Weekend

Industry Preview and Open Studios: 3:00–7:00 p.m. | Campuswide
Kick off O-Launch weekend with an exclusive Industry Preview and Open Studios, where employers, alumni, curators, and gallerists are invited to explore the innovative work of Otis College’s graduating students. Guests will have the opportunity to tour the MFA Fine Arts and MFA Graphic Design Open Studios from 3:00-7:00 p.m., and shop the ceramics and book sales, featuring one-of-a-kind ceramics by Otis students and a curated selection of new and gently used books.

Employer–Student Reception: 5:30–7:00 p.m. | Bobrow Thomas Green
The evening concludes with an Employer-Student Reception featuring opening remarks, a raffle, food and beverages, music, and networking opportunities.

Note: Fashion portfolios will be available after the Fashion Show on Saturday.

Community Exhibition and Festivities: 5:00–11:00 p.m. | Campuswide
Celebrate creativity and community at the O-Launch Community Exhibition! Students, friends, and families will have the opportunity to explore graduating student work from the College’s BFA and MFA programs. Enjoy food trucks and a live DJ, and shop the annual ceramics and book sales. This event is open to the public.

Alumni Reception: 5:00–7:00 p.m. | Owl Lounge
Reconnect with fellow alumni, enjoy delightful refreshments, and celebrate the remarkable achievements of the Class of 2025 at our second annual Alumni Reception. Alumni from all graduating classes, including our Otis Korea alumni, are welcome.

MFA Fine Arts Open Studios: 5:00–10:00 p.m. | Galef 1st and 2nd Floors
Visit the MFA Fine Arts Open Studios to tour the MFA candidate studios, engage with the artists, and learn more about our MFA Fine Arts program.

MFA Graphic Design Open Studios: 5:00–10:00 p.m. | Ahmanson 602
Stop by the MFA Graphic Design Open Studios to explore student work and discover what makes Otis’s MFA Graphic Design program unique.

Fashion Show: 8:00–9:00 p.m. | The Commons
Experience the future of fashion at the Fashion Department’s annual runway show, showcasing inspired collections from Otis College’s Junior and Senior students. The show will be followed by portfolio reviews with fashion employers. This is an invite-only event with special ticketing and limited seating capacity.

Commencement Ceremony: Noon–2:00 p.m. | El Camino College
Families, friends, faculty, and staff are invited to honor the Class of 2025 at Otis College’s Commencement Ceremony. Taking place at El Camino College, this momentous event celebrates the academic achievements and creativity of our graduates.
