Large Video Upload

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS TO DIRECTLY UPLOAD LARGE VIDEO FILES

You can now directly upload large video files directly into the O-Space ePortfolios rather than embedding from sites like Youtube or Vimeo.

It only works in the "Image/Video/Audio" module.

Add the "Image/Video/Audio" Module to your ePortfolio page.

Go to O-Space.

Select Image-Video-Audio Module

Once added, select the "Large Video" upload button.

Replace Video Button

You will be asked to browse your computer for the file. Select the file and select open. A status pop-up window will open.

Depending on the size of the video file, it may take some time to process. Make sure you do not close that pop-up window.

You will receive confirmation when the video is uploaded and processed. You will also receive confirmation in your Otis email.
