Clay in LA delights ceramics community

Clay in L.A., a one-day symposium, drew hundreds of members of the L.A. ceramics community to Otis for panel discussions, demonstrations, films and a tour of the exhibition of Phyllis Green's work at the Ben Maltz Gallery. With support from the Boardman Family Foundation, Ruby Neri and Adam SIlverman worked with fine arts students this year as artists in residence. They joined panelists Jo Lauria (MFA '90), Adrian Saxe and Peter Shire for a discussion of contemporary ceramics in L.A.
