In the Movies That Matter series, students and members of the public view films that inspire as well as educate. Oscar-winning filmmaker Dan Sturman presented an advance screening of "Soundtrack For A Revolution," the story of the American civil rights movement and its powerful music; two-time Academy Award winning Director Haskell Wexler presented his "Medium Cool," set in Chicago during the 1968 Presidential convention, David Leaf presented his documentary "U.S. vs. John Lennon," and FilmAid's founder Caroline Baron discussed her projects in refugee camps around the world.
