Alcohol Screening:

When filling out the screening assessment, please note that it is completely anonymous, so be honest with your answers, and the tool will inform you if you may need to consider seeking counseling services. You can use the link below to start, but we recommend that if you have any concerns that you follow up with an Otis counselor.
