The Office of Student Affairs strives to ensure the health and well-being of all students.  If you are a victim of domestic violence, are being stalked or threatened by another person and are considering filing a restraining order, the following link will assist you in understanding how to process a restraining order.

All reports of violence should be reported through the Otis on-line Incident Report form.
