Expecting a Disbursement?

You deserve to get it in the fastest, most convenient way!

CREDIT BALANCES GENERATED FROM LOAN(S), GRANT(S) OR SCHOLARSHIP(S) ARE PROCESSED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH OUR eDISBURSEMENT SITE!

Students must SIGN UP ONLINE to receive their credit balance disbursement by check, ACH, or loaded to the SallieMae Debit MasterCard
•   Check by mail, 7-10 business days after processing;
•   Direct Deposit (ACH) to your existing account within 1-2 business days, or
•   Sign up for the SallieMae Debit MasterCard to receive your disbursement within 48 hours after processing; there is a wait on receiving your debit card, but after that initial disbursement, your card will then be loaded within 48 hours.

SIGN UP TODAY to receive your eDisbursement! Once you click on the link, you will then follow the activation steps in order to use the new electronic process, which includes checking status of disbursements and expected arrival times.
NOTE: This process requires students to create a new user login to access the SallieMae eDisbursement system.

WHAT IS A CREDIT BALANCE DISBURSEMENT?
Students who are receiving financial aid, to include loans, grants and scholarships, who come to a credit balance, will receive a credit balance disbursement. To find out if your account is eligible to receive a credit balance disbursement, login to Otis Self Service and view your Tuition Statement. If your statement shows a number in parentheses (), this is your anticipated credit balance and will be disbursed to you once financial aid is paid.

HOW DO I VIEW MY TUITION STATEMENT?
1) Login to Otis Self Service 2) go to the Student Records Tab 3) Select “Tuition Statement” 4) Select the term 5) Submit

The “Balance Due/(Refund)” will give you your account balance by each term and a total for the academic year.
*Amount within parentheses, “($250.00)” is a credit and will be disbursed through eDisbursement!
