The Objective of Information Systems: To provide easy-to-use access to information resources, enabling faculty and staff to employ information technology to facilitate shared academic and administrative objectives.

The Information Systems Team provides the Students, Faculty, and Staff of Otis College with the day-to-day support services needed to serve these groups. We have developed a “Commitment to the Community of Otis College” and adhere to a strict “IT Code of Ethics”.

Otis College of Art and Design has adopted a policy of designating e-mail as an official means of communication within the College and with the external community. All e-mails should include a proper signature block and follow the E-Mail Etiquette guideline. There is also a list of E-Mail Etiquette Tips.
