Entourage Setup

Before you set up Entourage to manage your Otis email on your personal computer, whether it be a laptop or your desktopp at home, it should be noted that this is NOT required in order to check, send or receive your Otis email. Using Entourage is an optional method that has some advantages but is not the simplest method. The simplest method is to use our Webmail system that does not require any installations or set up of any kind.

To use Webmail, simply open your browser of choice and go to this URL: http://webmail.otis.edu
The nice thing about webmail is, you can use it from any computer with internet access anywhere in the world.

If you wish to use Entourage for the added features such as being able to reply to emails while offline and then send later when you connect, follow these steps to add your Otis account to your existing Entourage configuration. Please note that these screen shots are from Entourage 2004, if you have a newer verson some things may be slightly different.
