Bio/Affiliation: 

Kristina Krpekyan graduated from Otis College of Art and Design in 2003. She freelanced for BCBG upon graduating from Otis. She worked as an Assistant Designer for labels like Bebe Swimsuit, The Gap, and other private label companies.  In 2005, Ms. Krpekyan opened her own boutique where she was broadly featured, styling comedian Kaitlin Colombo on MTV, as well as American Idol contestants in 2006. Since 2008, Ms. Krpekyan has dedicated her time to teaching fashion design at higher education colleges such as  The Art Institute of North Hollywood, The Art Institute of Santa Monica, and Fremont College. She enjoys teaching and witnessing her students' growth and many accomplishments as young designers.
