Mr. Cong er serves as President and CEO\, directing many of the firm’s projects a nd developing a role in the Bay Area design community.  \;His recent p rojects have included Better Market Street\, the Yerba Buena Street Life P lan\, and redevelopment plans for Treasure Island\, Hunters Point\, and Co ncord Naval Weapons Station as well as universities and schools\, parks\, and urban infill residential development.
