The Otis Cafe is a place to gather, socialize, and share stories. This is a place we can all enjoy. Come celebrate live music and free food in a way that counts. Hear how the Cafe has improved already, and share your thoughts and suggestions. FREE FOOD! by our very own OTIS CAFÉ (all organic taco bar and spinach lasagna).
