Relation to the Senior Team The President’s Cabinet is a College governance body and is entrusted to consider matters and makes decisions that impact the College community. The Senior Team is the executive body of the President’s Cabinet. The Senior Team reserves the authority over budget planning, board affairs, compensation, tuition, legal, and other key and sensitive decision areas that need executive attention.
Special 2011-2012 Goal The Senior Team will work with the President’s Cabinet to make the latter more of a decision-making body for the College.
Meeting Format Two-hour meetings every other week, alternating with the Senior Team Meetings.
