When Worlds Collide

Artist Bryan Ricci already had several solo shows under his belt when he decided to enroll at Otis.

Most of his work had explored the external world—landscapes and animals. He wanted to discover new territory.

At Otis Bryan developed a pictorial language, integrating the external world of nature, the internal world of memories, and the complexities of digital technology. His latest series of paintings—Terra Incognita—imagines memories as brush strokes on canvas. This series is featured at LAUNCH LA, and on the walls of prominent Los Angeles homes.

Your experiences at Otis will build on each other, and like Bryan’s paintings, when taken together, will open up a whole new world.
